Shop, floor, or house. Thirty minutes. Honest go / no-go. I would rather turn down work than ship something you regret paying for.

What happens after I send the brief?
Three beats. That is the whole loop after you hit send.
- 01
I read it myself
No CRM theater. I open the brief and decide if I can help.
- 02
Clear yes, no, or next step
Within 24 hours you get a direct read — fit, rough shape, or an honest pass. If I am the wrong builder, I will say so and point you.
- 03
If we go, we book the call
Thirty minutes to lock scope. If it is not worth building, I say so on that call.
What should I know before I send?
How fast do you reply?
I reply within 24 hours. No CRM queue — the brief lands with me, and you get a clear yes, no, or next step.
What happens on the scoping call?
Thirty minutes. We map the system, I tell you what it would take, and if it is not worth building I say so on that call. No discovery invoice for the privilege of a quote.
Should I book a call or send the brief first?
Send the brief if you already know the bottleneck and the systems it touches — I can answer faster with that on the page. Prefer a call if you want to talk it through live; email with two Eastern times that work, or ask for a slot after the brief.
I sell cannabis — is email ok?
Yes. Email the brief like anyone else. I do not need a license scan to reply. Age-gates and IDs, if we build them later, live on your stack — this form does not collect them.
I am a one-truck shop — is this too big?
No. Sprint, audit, or the Creator House lives in the $5–10k band. A one-truck shop that needs tap-to-call and a missed-call text is a fit. A 12-person brand theater is not.
