If people are already watching you, another link in bio is usually how you lose them. I build the site they land on, the paid room they have a reason to stay in, and the follow-up that gets them through the door. I started this for streamers, because a live show is the moment a bunch of people can join at once. Influencers and music artists are buying the same thing. The reasons a member comes back just look different — a challenge, a listening session, the archive of what they missed.

One path from attention to renewal.
Existing channels
Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, email — attention you already earned. Followers are not the same as reachable people or paying members.
The site they land on
A branded site and offer page built for mobile, fast checkout, and a clear reason to join — not a link-in-bio list of exits.
Paid membership
Checkout, onboarding, and handoff into the community platform with member access that works on the first try.
First participation
Welcome sequence, a defined first activity, and a live or scheduled event so new members feel the value immediately.
Renewal
Between-stream threads, archives, recurring events, and retention signals so membership stays worth paying for next month.
Between streams is where membership earns.
Live moments create a window for concentrated signups. The community platform carries the value when the stream ends: member discussions, scheduled sessions, and archives worth returning to.
- — Between-stream participation so the room stays active when you are offline.
- — Scheduled member sessions with a sustainable cadence — not unlimited one-to-one time.
- — Archives and replays members can catch up on without hunting through VODs.
Give followers a room worth paying for.
Topic-led challenges, practical education, and direct community access — the same offer, shaped for creators whose audience follows them for how-to, not just entertainment.
- — Topic-led challenges with clear start and finish dates.
- — Practical education and curated resources members can act on.
- — Community access where progress-sharing and Q&A happen on your terms.
Fans beyond the feed.
Listening sessions, behind-the-scenes work, and fan participation — a premium fan experience with a paid community behind it. Not every artist needs to teach a course; the recurring value can be access, process, and shared moments.
- — Listening sessions and early previews for members who want closer access.
- — Behind-the-scenes diaries and production breakdowns where that fits the act.
- — Fan participation and scheduled group experiences that give a reason to renew.
What could that audience support?
Start with the audience you already have. These are requested scenarios — not measured conversion rates or earnings forecasts. One 30-day launch. The same people do not convert again next month. “Reachable” means deduplicated people reached in the campaign.
$25/month is an illustration, not a price recommendation. The static table below uses $25/month and 100% reachable.
Full-audience scenario: $25/month · 100% reachable · 30-day launch.

50,000 people × 5% = 2,500 paying members.
2,500 × $25/month = $62,500 gross MRR.
Assumes the entire deduplicated audience is reachable and the stated share converts. Not a prediction.
50,000 people × 20% reached × 5% = 500 paying members.
500 × $25/month = $12,500 gross MRR.
Same offer and conversion assumption; different distribution reality.
At an illustrative 5% monthly churn, 500 members become 475 without new signups: $11,875 gross MRR at $25. You need 25 new members just to stay at 500. Churn is an assumption, not a benchmark.
5,000 unique live viewers × 8% visiting the site × 10% completing paid checkout = 40 new community members. At $25/month, that adds $1,000 gross MRR if they remain paying. Every rate here is illustrative. This is a bottom-up check — not 40 members added on top of a launch projection that already includes those viewers.
Gross MRR is not cash collected and is not payback. Trials, refunds, platform costs, and delivery capacity sit between the scenario and what lands in an account.
What I deliver.
One bundled offer: the premium funnel, the community platform structure, AI-assisted acquisition and operations, and a founding-member cohort launch so you measure conversion before scaling.
You supply the relationship and show up on a sustainable schedule. AI assists your team — it does not impersonate private personal attention from you.
- — Offer research and membership architecture
- — Branded site, offer page, and funnel built for mobile checkout
- — Checkout, payment, and community-platform onboarding
- — Launch assets for owned channels and stream-ready mobile landing
- — Community structure, member spaces, and content library
- — AI-assisted acquisition, support triage, and retention signals
- — Measurement, reporting, and founding-member cohort launch
Websites shipped — not membership receipts.
I can show relevant web design work today. Revenue and retention case studies for paid communities wait until dated, attributable results exist.
Who this is for.
- — An established, engaged, deduplicated audience — follower count alone does not qualify.
- — A credible reason to pay: access, participation, education, or exclusivity members can feel on day one.
- — Capacity to show up on a sustainable schedule and promote the launch to reachable people.
- — Willingness to participate in a founding-member cohort before scaling the offer.
If you already run a paid community you are happy with, or you want a generic link-in-bio refresh with no membership offer, this is not the primary fit.
Questions before you apply.
How is a paid community membership different from a Twitch subscription?
A Twitch sub pays for platform perks on Twitch. A paid community membership is a separate offer on a site you control — checkout, onboarding, and the community platform behind it. Followers, live viewers, link visitors, and paying members are different numbers. I build the funnel and handoff; the creator still supplies the relationship.
Are streamers, influencers, and music artists three different products?
No. One offer, one build, one application. Streamers get archives and between-stream rooms so the membership still earns when the live show ends. Influencers get challenges and education people can finish. Music artists get listening sessions and fan access. The reasons a member comes back look different, but the system is the same: the site they land on, the paid room behind it, and the follow-up that gets them through the door.
What am I actually buying?
The build: offer research, premium funnel, checkout and onboarding, community structure, launch assets, AI-assisted acquisition and operations, and measurement — launched with a founding-member cohort. You are not buying a guaranteed MRR figure from the calculator. Gross MRR in the scenarios is planning math, not a promise.
