1. The problem

   A master blacksmith with decades at the anvil, selling custom architectural metalwork to buyers who never visit the forge first. The audience is Northern Michigan homeowners, builders and design partners weighing hand-forged railings, gates and furniture against prefab catalogues — people who need proof of weight, joinery and install capacity before they pick up the phone.

2. The approach

   Forge-black with bronze accents so photography of finished steel carries the fold; a browsable commission gallery and service categories that let the work sell itself without the smith there to narrate it; process and materials sections that translate traditional joinery into terms an architect can spec against.
