   Short-form video and streaming built the audience, but neither hands over the next click — so the site is the one surface Red Leather owns, catching fans on their way out of those platforms and routing them into the catalogue and the tour.

3. The problem

   Red Leather already had reach on short-form video and streaming; what was missing was a destination the act controls. Fans arriving from a clip or a playlist needed somewhere holding the eras, the road and the story, rather than a link-in-bio hop that hands them straight back to someone else's feed.

4. The approach

   Scorched desert plates and a three-beat intro before the wordmark takes the fold; eras and journal entries land as scroll-triggered chapters; a fixed player shell keeps playback one gesture away while fans move through tour and merch.
