A media kit the brand can steal in sixty seconds
Influencers need a brand-safe /media or /kit with rates and demographics you can stand behind — not a Google Doc with dead links. This is not a booker EPK.

Influencers need a brand-safe /media or /kit the other side can steal in sixty seconds: who you are, what you make, rates you will honor, demographics you can stand behind, and a human who answers. A Google Doc with dead links is not a kit. It is homework.
This is not a booker EPK. Those posts already exist. This spoke sits under Linktree is a leak — build the house. Same house. Different merch.
The leak
The default path is:
Brand inbound → you send a Doc → half the links 404 → rates are “depends” → they ghost, or they invent your rate for you.
They had a slot. You sent a folder. They needed a page they could paste into a deck without unlocking a Drive.
The fix is:
Brand inbound → your /media or /kit URL → rates and usage they can screenshot → one email that a human answers.
That is the house doing a job. Door: /artists. Twenty artist sites already shipped. The kit is how the brand pays you without a week of DMs.
The short answer
- Host the kit on your domain.
/mediaor/kit. One URL that travels. - First viewport: name, one-line position, what you will do for a brand, visible contact.
- Put rates you will actually honor. If the rate changes, change the page and date it.
- Put demographics only if you can show the source or honestly describe the audience without a fake chart.
- If you cannot stand behind a number, do not put it on the page. I will not invent CPM, a follower count, or an engagement rate here — and you should not invent one there.
This is not a booker EPK
A booker needs bio, photos, listen, live video, a dated rider, press, dates, and a booking address. That packing list is What should be on an artist EPK in 2026. How it scans is the thirty-second EPK.
A brand does not need your input list. They need:
- What you make, and who it is for, in language they can put in a brief
- Deliverables you have done before — not a moodboard of things you might try
- Usage, exclusivity, and turnaround you will sign
- Rates, packages, or a floor with a date
- Proof: work you can name, stills, a reel on a URL you control
- Contact that is not a comment reply
If you also book rooms, keep /epk and /kit as two URLs. Mixing them is how a talent buyer gets a rate card and a brand gets a stage plot. Both bounce.
What belongs on the page
Sixty seconds is not a metaphor I am decorating. It is how long a coordinator has before the next tab.
Ship this, in this order:
- Name and one line. What you are for a brand, not a caption poem.
- The offer. Integration, usage, turnaround, what is not included. Write the refusal list. “We do not do unboxed alcohol” belongs on the page if it is true.
- Rates you will stand behind. A range is allowed if it is real. “Starting at” is allowed if you will not take less. “Make an offer” is how you get lowballed and then blamed.
- Audience, only if honest. Age band, geography, platform mix — if you can point at an insights export you still have, or say you do not publish a demo. Empty and honest beats a pie chart you cannot defend.
- Proof. Named campaigns you are allowed to show. A reel that plays logged-out.
- Contact. Email a human answers. Phone only if you pick up.
- Date. “Rates as of” on the page. When it changes, bump the date.
Downloads are fine. Host them on the kit. Name the file with the date. The page is the system of record. The PDF is the leave-behind.
Numbers you cannot stand behind
I will not put a CPM or a follower count on this page. I will not write a fake lift for $UICIDEBOY$, The Wrecks, KYLE, or Neon Trees. Those houses prove a destination can exist. They are not your kit.
If a brand asks for a number you do not have, say so. Offer a dated export, or reporting you will actually produce. Invented reach is how you lose the second booking.
Brand-safe means the page will not embarrass them in a review: claims you can source, usage you will honor. If you cannot say it in a meeting, it does not go on /kit.
The house holds the kit
A Doc dies when the owner leaves the company, when sharing flips to restricted, when the rate table is a screenshot from 2024. Your domain does not.
Creator Site at $3,500 can hold /kit next to listen, join, and buy. Business Site at $8,000 is the register if membership and checkout have to live here. The $1,500 sprint is how you see the page before you pick the SKU. The kit is a page, not a Product Platform.
Courses, drops, a paid room — same house, different merch. If the money still happens in DMs, you are renting the register too.
Where to start
- See the house — sprint if
/kitdoes not exist or lives in a Doc. - Write the rates you will honor this month before we layout anything. I will not invent them.
- Booker kit is a different URL. Do not ask me to mash them.
- Door: /artists. Hub: build the house.
Is this the same as an EPK?
No. An EPK is for bookers and press. A media kit is for brands buying usage. Different visitor, different first sixty seconds, different files. Keep both if you have both jobs.
What if I do not want public rates?
Then put a floor, a “packages on request,” and a contact that answers in a day. Do not publish a number you will walk back. A private PDF is allowed if the page still explains the offer and dates the file.
Do I need follower screenshots on the page?
Only if you will defend them in the room. If the number is stale, off, or you do not want it public, leave it off. A brand can ask. You can send a dated export. The kit should not be a graveyard of vanity stats.
Can the kit live on Notion or Google Drive?
As a working draft, yes. As the thing you send, no. The brand needs a URL on your house that works logged-out, on a phone, without a permission prompt.

Websites
Websites Linktree is a leak — build the house
Spotify does not send you the fan’s email. Instagram rents the following. Linktree is a hallway with no register. The House is the owned room: site, membership, checkout, follow-up.
Websites The shop site that answers the phone
A Midwest shop does not lose the job to a prettier hero. It loses the job to whoever looks real and picks up. Here is what the site has to do on a Saturday.
Websites Creator Site or Business Site for the house?
Creator Site ($3,500) is tour, listen, join, buy. Business Site ($8,000) is the register. Pick after the $1,500 sprint — not before you have seen the house.
Websites Discord is unpaid labor — put a register on the house
Keep Discord if the room lives there. The house is the owned URL, checkout, and join path so the community collects money instead of leaking attention.
